colonial town all day, we were treated to one of the most beautiful
fireworks displays any of us had ever seen. They were followed by a
torch parade featuring fifes and drums-here us a shot of the parade as
we marched beside it.
Earlier in the day we saw an up close demonstration of the fifes and
drums, and Zach was able to do a roll on an 18th Century drum!
Thanks for posting these. You're a little behind this year! It looks like Williamsburg was great, and the baseball game had to be fabulous. It was the same kind of thing when I saw them play in Baltimore - they were losing, and as we walked out we heard the crowd cheer for the home run that won them the game. Not their greatest comeback ever, but a good one, nonetheless. All is well in AK. We're almost to the point of complaining about the heat, but not quite. :) --K
